“Relax” says ABLE Associate Shannon Reynolds

Shannon Reynolds appears today in the Fall River Herald News with advice to the stressed out among us. “Relax!” This message is especially important for anyone preparing for a job interview. Few managers want to inherit someone else’s anger, anxiety or alienation. In an interview, whether by phone or face to face, a candidate needs to leave his or her problems at home and show a sunny side.

Shannon, who has her Masters in Expressive Art, has a great way to set those problems aside. She will offer expressive arts therapy classes at the Greater Fall River Art Association on June 5, 12, 19, 27 and July 10, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The cost for all five sessions is $100. No artistic ability is necessary, just a willingness to relax, express yourself and have fun.

Anyone who has met Shannon knows that she is a quiet, cheery inspiration. We are proud that she has found time in between her busy schedule to take occasional assignments with ABLE.
