Sick Leave Presents Challenges for MA Employers

Massachusetts employers will have to track one hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked by its employers, beginning July 1, 2015.  According to the Society for Human Resource Management the variety of reasons that qualify employees to take sick time are broad and will cause many employers to rewrite their sick leave policies.
