Keep the Lights On

Times are dark right now.  Most companies aren’t thinking about new recruits. That is completely understandable. But when the economy turns around, you will struggle to find talent if you have been invisible for months.  While you have been handling crises, many of your prospects have been at home and on their social media.

 

So, even if you aren’t hiring, post on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn. Show the workforce that you are still open for business.  Let the world know that you are eagerly looking forward to hiring again in a safe and responsible manner.
