Meet the ABLE team
Eileen Wheeler Sheehan, President
Since she formed ABLE in 1989, Eileen has seen the company grow from the coat closet of her mother’s house to a widely recognized staffing agency serving the businesses and workforce throughout Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is a Certified Staffing Professional. Eileen became a Vassar College senior officer graduate at Citibank and Merrill Lynch in New York. She also helped to found the National Political Women’s Caucus and recruit addicts into treatment at the NYC Addiction Services Agency.
Eileen has long chaired the Rotary Club Vocational Services Committee and the Westport Town Personnel Board. She was named a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Club and a Friend of Public Education by the MA Association of School Committees. She is proud to be part of a service where new opportunities never end.
Ron Rezendes, Chief Financial Officer
Ron is the Chief Financial Officer and technical guru of ABLE Associates. He has figured out how to put the fun into his day. He often takes his work to Mexico, Jamaica, or wherever the sun shines. And never has a paycheck or payment being late. He keeps the company financially stable and highly automated.
With a B.A. in accounting from Bryant College, Ron was an accountant, a controller, and an operations manager for 30 years before joining ABLE Associates.
Dora Botelho, Operations Manager
Beginning as a customer service representative for the Orlando Super Center, Dora was quickly promoted to office manager after creating smoother and more efficient office procedures. Organized and thorough, Dora makes sure that her employees know as much as possible about the job they will be doing and fair employment practices.
In addition to her professionalism, Dora possesses extraordinary intuitive skills. Dora’s candidates are sized up, nurtured, and coached until they finally come out shining and poised for success. “I can see things in people that they sometimes don’t even know they have. I can help them make the most of these qualities and take their career to the next level.”
Dora’s ability to speak Portuguese and Spanish is a huge asset and contributes to the welcoming atmosphere at ABLE Associates.
Chris Fonseca, Recruiter
Chris has extensive and successful experience in customer service and customer relationship building. He brings years of experience, having served as a trainer to promote sales, development, and coaching support in multiple positions throughout his career.
Chris strives to maintain a positive atmosphere for clients and feels that living locally allows him to understand better the community he is working for. He can relate to the everyday struggles of finding the right job and takes pride in ensuring that the community knows that he is there to help them get the best position and pay.
Kerri Whitney, Recruiter
Kerri came on board in 2021 with two years of staffing experience. In a short time, she has become a valuable member of the ABLE Associates team. As a proud mother and grandmother, she understands the complexities of being a working parent. As a result, she always goes the extra mile to help job seekers find the best roles to suit their needs. She also considers every relationship with clients and employees as a partnership.
Kerri enjoys spending time with her family and vacations when not at work.
Karyn Cotter, Administrative Assistant / Payroll Administrator
Karyn is the administrative assistant at ABLE Associates and the first person you will see when you walk into our office. She is the friendly face and voice that will most likely greet our clients in person or on the phone. Karyn brings over 25 years of administrative and computer experience, maintains orderliness in the office, and assists candidates with onboarding documents.
Her attention to detail and willingness to take on challenging projects greatly contribute to the company. It is important to her that each candidate leaves with a feeling of ease and confidence. Karyn shares the team’s primary goal and is eager to assist in any way she can to help you and her co-workers. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her Shih Tzu Bentley in her spare time.
Tilly Rodrigues, Account Manager
Tilly has 25 years of staffing industry experience. She has learned how to build relationships with clients and candidates during this time.
Tilly enjoys cooking, vacations, and being a wife, mom, and grandma when not working.
Toni Delgado-Green, Marketing Coordinator
Toni has been writing web content and blogs for about ten years. She has over two decades of experience in business, print and media writing, desktop publishing, and graphic design. Over time, Toni slowly gravitated to marketing. She is a proud mother, a lifetime health and fitness enthusiast, and a music and art lover.
